Starting from the Kahului Airport, head south out on Dairy Road. You will pass several stoplights; continue past the major shopping center, past the Home Depot, until you reach Mokulele Highway. Turn left at that stoplight, heading south toward Kihei & Wailea. This is a very long, straight road through the Sugar Cane fields. After about 15 minutes you will come upon Pi'ialani Highway ( Route 31 ). Go straight through this stoplight, and you will now be on South Kihei Road. This road will follow the shoreline, and runs through the heart of Kihei. The Royal Mauian Resort will be on your right, Oceanside. Across the street from the ABC Store.
